Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, comfy beds.

I had a delightful stay at the Holiday Inn, experiencing the friendly atmosphere and clean, spacious room. Though there was some noise from fellow guests, the overall comfort and welcoming staff made it a charming stop on my road trip across America.

I checked into the Holiday Inn in Rocky Mount for a quick overnight stay. The lobby impressed me. it was welcoming and had complementary coffee. The room I got was spacious and impeccably clean, with comfortable bedding that ensured a good night’s sleep. Friendly staff made the check-in process smooth, and the overall decor gave off a homey vibe. However, the restaurant experience wasn’t great. The breakfast took way too long, and I received the wrong order. The amenities mentioned, like the indoor pool, weren’t available, which was disappointing. A couple of other guests were loud in the hall, making it hard to relax at times. I did feel safe staying here, which is a plus. There's potential. if they sort out the service issues, this could be an excellent place to stay.

The fluffy beds felt like heaven after a long day! Everything was clean, but the breakfast options were pricey for my taste. Overall, a nice spot to rest up. 😊

The staff, especially the bartender, were friendly and accommodating. However, the bathroom cleanliness was a concern, as there were hairs in both sinks, indicating a possible oversight in housekeeping. Breakfast was not included, which would have been expected considering the rates, and I missed the chance for a proper meal before continuing my journey.

Clean room, convenient location, the staff were extremely courteous and accommodating during our stay, making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant experience, and it was great to have a restaurant and bar on site to enjoy a nice breakfast in the morning before exploring the area.
